Research and Design of Precision Fertilizer Application Control System Based on PSO-BP-PID Algorithm

China has had the highest fertilizer use rate in world for years, but today a large number of farmlands still traditional manual application methods, which rely entirely on personal experience and not only cause waste water resources also make local ecological environment polluted. This paper researches designs BP neural network PID controller based PSO optimization to address above problems. The algorithm is used optimize initial weights network, then control parameters achieve accurate liquid flow. A precision system STM32 microcontroller was developed, performance this verified tests. results showed that compared with conventional network-based controller, good accuracy robustness, average maximum overshoot 6.35%, regulation time 41.17 s; when flow 0.6 m3/h, shortest adjustment 30.85 s, achieves effect precise application.
